Our role
Radarable is a marketplace and discovery platform connecting buyers and sellers of internet businesses.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for negotiating and completing transactions independently.
The platform does not provide escrow, acquisition financing, legal, accounting, brokerage, or transaction settlement services.
What verification means
Verification on Radarable confirms where reported data came from. It is not an independent financial audit, a valuation, or a guarantee of future performance.
How this data was established
- Confirmed against data pulled directly from a connected source.
- Read from a connected platform account, not yet fully reconciled.
- A Radarable reviewer checked the submitted evidence.
- Supplied by the seller and not independently checked.
Verification confirms the source of reported data. It is not an independent financial audit, and buyers should complete their own due diligence.
Due diligence is the buyer's responsibility
Buyers should independently confirm revenue, costs, traffic, ownership, contracts and legal standing before committing to a purchase, and should engage their own legal, accounting and tax advisers.
Seller responsibility
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything they publish, and for disclosing material risks that a reasonable buyer would want to know.
No financial advice
Health scores, rankings, multiples and comparison tools are informational aids generated from submitted data. Nothing on the platform is investment advice.
