By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

Radarable is a marketplace and discovery platform connecting buyers and sellers of internet businesses. Buyers and sellers are responsible for negotiating and completing transactions independently. The platform does not provide escrow, acquisition financing, legal, accounting, brokerage, or transaction settlement services.

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure and be at least 18 years old. Accounts may be suspended for misuse, misrepresentation or breach of these terms.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial, traffic, technical and ownership information they publish, and must hold the rights to sell the assets they list. Verification signals reflect the source of submitted data only.

Buyers must complete their own due diligence before entering any agreement. Listing data, health scores and rankings are informational and are not investment advice, a valuation opinion or an assurance of future performance.

Paid seller plans, buyer memberships and featured placements are billed through our payment provider on the terms shown at checkout. Fees pay for marketplace visibility and tooling, not for transaction settlement.

You may not post misleading listings, scrape the platform, circumvent verification, harass other members, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

The platform, its design system and its content are owned by Radarable. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us a licence to display it on the marketplace.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radarable is not liable for losses arising from transactions between members, reliance on listing data, or interruption of service.
