Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Radarable collects, why we collect it, and the controls available to you.

Data we collect

Account details (name, email, role), profile and business information you submit, messages exchanged with other members, payment records from our provider, and standard technical data such as device and usage logs.

How we use data

To operate your account, display listings, route inquiries and messages, review and verify submissions, process plan payments, prevent fraud and improve the product.

What is public

Published listing content is public. Private seller contact details, internal verification records, admin notes, payment records and direct messages are never shown publicly and are restricted at the database level to the people entitled to see them.

Third-party processors

We use a managed cloud database and authentication provider, and a payment provider for checkout. Credentials for these services are stored server-side only and are never exposed to the browser.

Retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable law, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and can close your account at any time. Contact us through your account settings to exercise these rights.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences.
