Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid plans and add-ons on Radarable.

Last updated: September 2026

General principle

Radarable charges for marketplace visibility and tooling — not for transaction settlement, escrow or deal completion. All fees are non-refundable unless you qualify under one of the exceptions below.

Seller plans

Paid seller plans begin on the date of purchase and renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

If you upgrade from one paid seller plan to another, the difference is charged immediately and the new billing period starts on the upgrade date. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal and do not generate a prorated refund.

Buyer memberships

Buyer memberships renew monthly. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused features.

Featured Listing add-on

The Featured Listing add-on is a paid visibility placement. If your listing is rejected by our review team before it is ever published, you may request a refund of the add-on fee within 14 days of the rejection notice. Once a featured listing is live, the fee is non-refundable.

Refund exceptions

We may issue a refund if you were charged due to a billing error, duplicate payment, or a technical fault on our side. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge and include the invoice number and a brief description of the issue.

How to request a refund

Contact us through your account settings with the invoice number, payment date and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

No refunds for marketplace transactions

Radarable does not take part in, settle or guarantee transactions between buyers and sellers. Any payment for a business itself is between the parties; it is not covered by this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will note the revision date above. Continued use of paid features after a change means you accept the revised terms.
